Return and Refund Policy

The following is the Bruce Murray Collection Buyer's Return and Refund Policy:

• Terms of return:  Returns must be effected within 30 Days from date of purchase. Must be shipped back safely in original packaging.
• State of return:  Only accepted Returns are Damaged or Defective products.
• Reason for return:  Damaged products only.
• Process for return:  To initiate a return, contact customer service by phone at (215)-772-1515 or email at shawn@brucemurray.com no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
• Options of refund: Returns approved and implemented within the required 30 day window will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
